The goal of this project was to create a storage solution for vinyl records. I wanted to support the growing trend by developing a system to solve some common problems people have storing and enjoying their collection.

There are very few products on the market that offer ample storage for records and stereo equipment in a single system. Many users often find themselves making a custom solution.
Many of the existing solutions for vinyl enthusiasts are often too small for the average collection, not strong enough to hold records, or simply not ridged enough for good turntable performance.

A scale prototype was built to test form factor, dimensions and usability.

Three sizes to choose from
1U, 1.5U and 2U wide storage units, available in half or full height.
Comes in slate-black, or walnut finish with black anodized, or raw aluminum metal.
Plenty of accessories to let you build your system exactly the way you want it.
Heavy-duty full length drawer slides allow for easy access to the rear of components for easy cable access. The built-in LED's help you see what you are doing.
Hide-a-way glass door hinges open for easy access to albums.
Each unit can be configured with dividers or heavy-duty tracks for pull out shelving for hi-fi components and media.
Movable cable clips allow for easy tangle-free routing of cables. Routing holes in the tops and bottoms of cubes allow cables to pass through, hidden from view.
Climate control insert keeps the correct humidity level inside of the cabinet to prevent mold growth and preserve media.
Silent fan insert keeps hi-fi components cool during operation, especially tube-based amplifiers, which create a lot of heat.
